Ceylon Cinnamon
Ceylon Cinnamon — also called "true cinnamon" — is the specialty that Spring Ceylon was built around. Unlike the cassia cinnamon common in supermarkets, true Ceylon Cinnamon is hand-rolled from thin layers of inner bark, giving it a lighter colour, a softer, more delicate aroma, and a naturally low coumarin content.
We source our cinnamon directly from growers in Sri Lanka and pack it as premium-quality quills, ready to use whole, ground, or steeped — in cooking, baking, and tea.
